Abstract

Republic of Indonesia Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Servicesregulates that every public service provider is obligedcarry out evaluations of the performance of public service implementers. WrongOne form of evaluation is realized through administering a Satisfaction SurveyCommunity (SKM) as regulated in the Ministerial RegulationUtilization of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of the Year2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Unit Community Satisfaction SurveysPublic Service Organizer.Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the organizerspublic services that provide statistical data and information, on an ongoing basisstrives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS hasorganizes SKM regularly every year which is integrated intoin Data Requirements Survey (SKD). This survey besides aims toget the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, tooaims to identify data needs and satisfaction levelsconsumers regarding the quality of data produced by BPS.Report on the results of the 2024 Pasaman Regency BPS SKD implementationpresented in the form of a publication entitled "Analysis of Survey ResultsPasaman Regency BPS Data Needs 2024”. This publication containsan overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptionson the performance of PST BPS Pasaman Regency services and perceptionsconsumers regarding the quality of BPS data in general. The main indicators arepresented in this publication includes the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) andAnti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).This publication was made possible thanks to good cooperation between work unitsrelated. We hope that this publication can be useful for improvingdata quality and service performance of BPS Pasaman Regency.
